Withdraw your balance whenever you want. There is no minimum.
Two ways to be paid
Per coin
Each coin is paid out as it is, to a wallet address you save for that coin. Nothing is swapped.
One holding coin
Everything you receive is swapped into one coin you choose. Swaps run automatically every 24 hours, or when you request a payout.
Payout addresses
Save a payout address for each coin you want to withdraw. Check every character, and the network: crypto transfers can't be reversed, and coins sent to a wrong address or on the wrong network can't be recovered.
Making a payout
Pick the coin and the amount, and confirm. The payout is sent on-chain to your saved address. Only Admins can make payouts.
With webhooks, you get payout.sent once it has been sent, or payout.failed if it couldn't be.
Swaps
Swap rates are based on live market prices and include our service margin. Network fees for swaps are paid from your gas balance. When a swap finishes, you get a swap.completed webhook.
Prices move all the time. You get the rate at the moment the swap runs, not the rate when the payment arrived.
